Corrections Policy
AllDayNews.co.uk is committed to accurate, responsible, and transparent journalism. We take factual accuracy seriously, and when we get something wrong, we act promptly to put it right.
How we handle corrections
If an error is identified in our reporting — whether by our editorial team or by a reader — we correct it as quickly as possible. Corrections fall into three categories:
- Factual correction — where a stated fact, name, figure, or date was incorrect. The article is updated and a correction note is added.
- Clarification — where the original wording was accurate but potentially misleading or unclear. The article is revised and a clarification note is added.
- Update — where new information has become available since publication. The article is updated accordingly with a note indicating the change.
When a correction or clarification is made, a note is added to the article stating what was changed and when.
How to report an error
Readers who believe a factual error has been published are encouraged to contact our editorial team so the matter can be reviewed.
Please include the article title or link and a brief description of the issue. All correction requests are reviewed by an editor.
