Sign-ups begin for HR Technologies UK 2026

Registration is now live for HR Technologies UK, the UK’s only dedicated exhibition for HR and recruitment technology, which returns to Excel London from 29 to 30 April 2026, as stated by UK Tech News.

The event offers networking opportunities, exclusive product launches, and an immersive look at the digital tools changing how teams operate. It is the largest gathering for HR teams and technology suppliers, with over 100 exhibitors and more than 50 expert speakers expected, designed to help leaders bridge the gap between complex tech platforms and human-centric workforce strategies.

Nicki Morris, Group Exhibition Director at HR Technologies UK, emphasised the event’s role, saying, “In 2026, the question for HR leaders is no longer ‘Do we need technology?’ but ‘Which technology actually delivers for my team?'” She added that the show is designed to bridge that gap by creating a space where investment meets innovation.

Expert-Led Agenda and Speaker Lineup

An extensive agenda of keynote presentations and seminars will cover the full employee lifecycle, pairing big-picture thinking with day-to-day challenges, including social change, accessibility, AI case studies, and workplace politics. Confirmed speakers include Christopher Patnoe, Lead for EMEA Accessibility and Disability Innovation at Google; Keiran Pedley, Director of Politics at Ipsos UK; Elliot Rae, Speaker, Author, and Changemaker; Jacquis McBurnie, Founder & Former Chair of NHS England Menopause Network; Joeli Brearley, Founder & Director of Growth Spurt; Isabel Berwick, Editor at Working It – Financial Times; and Lucy Ruck, Taskforces Manager at Business Disability Forum.

Technology Showcase and Innovation Hub

The show provides a hands-on environment for HR professionals to evaluate the latest tools, with major industry players such as Sage People, Oracle, Personio, Workday, Cezanne HR, UKG, and HiBob demonstrating cutting-edge platforms across talent management, AI-powered recruitment, and digital employee experience.

Alongside established leaders, the Innovation Hub will spotlight the next generation of technology through the Start-Up Showdown and the Innovation and AI Competition, where emerging companies like Workflex, nCore HR, and Skillvue pitch fresh solutions to industry-wide challenges.

HR Technologies UK is co-located with Learning Technologies UK, Europe’s premier event for workplace learning. While registration for both events is linked, granting full access to workforce and learning innovation on the exhibition floor, separate paid registration is required to attend the official Learning Technologies UK conference.

Visitors are encouraged to register early to secure their spot and stay ahead with exclusive updates about the show, its programme, and exhibitors.
