11:11 Systems secures 2026 Great Place to Work accreditation

11:11 Systems, the managed infrastructure solutions provider, has been awarded Great Place To Work Certification™ globally for 2026, a recognition based entirely on the real-time feedback of its current employees. The certification, which covers the company’s operations in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, India and Australia, reflects the views of workers who described the organisation as a great place to work. Globally, 83% of employees agreed with that statement — a figure 29 percentage points higher than the average UK-based company.

Great Place To Work, described as the global authority on workplace culture and employee experience, awards the certification only after analysing confidential employee surveys. Sarah Lewis-Kulin, vice president of global recognition at Great Place To Work, emphasised that the designation is the sole official recognition derived from what workers themselves say about their company culture. “By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that 11:11 Systems stands out as one of the top companies to work for, providing a great workplace environment for its employees,” she said.

Employee voice and workplace culture

The certification is underpinned by notably high levels of staff satisfaction, particularly among the company’s UK workforce. Within the United Kingdom, 97% of employees reported that they are able to operate with autonomy and feel welcomed, describing a workplace culture defined by trust and inclusion. The company operates a remote-first model, which it says enables employees to thrive regardless of location. In the United States, 91% of employees agreed that management is honest and ethical and that staff are treated as full members of the organisation regardless of position.

Brett Diamond, founder, chairman and CEO of 11:11 Systems, said achieving the certification was “a tremendous honour and a testament to the exceptional culture our team has cultivated”. He added: “We are committed to fostering an environment where our people feel supported, valued and empowered to excel. This recognition reflects the dedication our employees show every day, supporting one another and delivering outstanding results for our customers around the world.”

Investing in employee experience and communities

11:11 Systems backs its employee-centric approach with practical initiatives. Its Volunteer Time Off programme offers eligible staff up to 16 paid hours each year to support recognised charities. Separately, the “Eleveneers Give Back” initiative allows employees worldwide to nominate and vote for organisations meaningful to them. Together these programmes have advanced causes including food access, youth programmes, medical research and environmental protection.

Emily Cole, senior vice president of human resources at 11:11 Systems, said the recognition validates the company’s commitment to caring for people in ways that are “practical, visible and values-driven”. She added: “This recognition confirms how our diversity – across countries, cultures and communities – brings us together more than it sets us apart.”

Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Fairfield, New Jersey, 11:11 Systems provides integrated cloud, connectivity and security solutions, with services spanning disaster recovery, backup, managed infrastructure and cloud hosting. The company has grown rapidly through both organic expansion and a series of acquisitions — including iland, Unitas Global and Sungard Availability Services — and now operates data centres in the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Singapore and Australia. It serves more than 6,000 customers worldwide across finance, healthcare and manufacturing. According to company figures, 11:11 Systems reported an annual recurring revenue of $167.3 million in December 2023, with a workforce of 776 employees; more recent estimates put revenue at $232 million and headcount at 1,119. In addition to the Great Place To Work certification, the company was named Broadcom VMware Cloud Service Provider Partner of the Year for 2025 and has also received recognition from Cohesity.
